We offer different types of lenses to meet your vision needs.
Single vision lenses correct vision at one distance - either close up (e.g. reading) or at a longer distance (e.g. driving). The lens adjusts vision at the selected distance, but cannot cover multiple distances.
Single-vision lenses will be solid colored. If you choose a model with gradient lenses and want single-vision lenses, the lenses will be solid colored.
Recommended for powers up to SPH +/- 5.00 and CYL +/- 2.00. Available from DKK 500 for standard lenses.
Multifocal lenses, on the other hand, include vision correction at multiple distances. The lens's smooth transition combines near, intermediate and far vision, making them ideal for multifocal correction.
Recommended for strengths up to SPH +/- 8.00 and CYL +/- 3.00. Available from DKK 2000 for standard lenses.
Choose between two types of lenses for prescription sunglasses.
Standard lenses include the most important features for good vision with anti-scratch coating and full UV400 (A+B) protection. Protect your eyes from the sun while adjusting your vision.
Premium lenses are more robust and easier to care for and clean - and of course provide full UV400 protection (A+B). Our premium lenses have an advanced two-sided anti-reflective coating, which provides the absolute best experience in sunny environments.
Both types of lenses can be treated with our polarized add-on, which reduces glare and increases comfort.
ADD-ON: POLARIZED COATING
Polarized lenses reduce glare from surfaces such as water, roads and snow, making them ideal for outdoor activities such as driving, fishing and skiing.
They work by filtering out distracting light reflections, improving colors, contrast, and overall visual comfort, minimizing eye strain.
We highly recommend polarized lenses for those who spend time outdoors or in bright, reflective environments.
+ Reduces glare
+ Improves comfort in bright conditions
+ Improves contrast and color perception
You can add the advanced polarized coating to all types of prescription sunglasses.
All our lenses have full UV400 protection (A+B), so your eyes are always protected from harmful rays.
Most models are available with strength - just find your desired model and color, add strength, and our system will guide you seamlessly through the process.
Prescription lenses are available in green, grey, brown and blue shades. Please note that the gradient effect only comes with multi-vision lenses, while single vision lenses will be solid in colour.

Find the model and color you'd like. Click "Order by strength" and let our system guide you through the process. You can either (1) enter your strength manually, (2) upload a picture of your prescription, or (3) send an email with your strength requirement after your purchase.
There is some difficult terminology on your prescription. You do not need to understand most of the information, but it is important that you enter it correctly, exactly as it appears on your prescription. See "EXPLAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS" for more info if you are in doubt.
Your prescription is your data. Simply contact your optician or ophthalmologist and ask them to provide it to you. If you don't have your prescription on hand, you can easily send it to us by email after your purchase.
We recommend that you have your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist or optician once a year. It costs between 0,- and 400,- at most opticians, and up to 1000,- at an ophthalmologist. At both, you can get your prescription, which you will need to order from us.
You can also visit our store in Magasin, Lyngby, where we offer free vision tests.
Right and left (OD and OS)
Your right eye: OD, H, R or Hø
Your left eye: OS, V, L or Vø
SPH (Sphere)
This value indicates whether you are farsighted (+) and have difficulty seeing up close, or nearsighted (-) and have difficulty seeing far away.
CYL (Cylinder)
This value indicates the degree of your astigmatism. The measurement reflects the shape of your cornea. If there is nothing here, you do not have astigmatism. A low number indicates that your eye has a more round shape, while a high number indicates a more oval shape.
AXI (Axis)
The value is measured in degrees and tells you the direction of your astigmatism. The axis designation is a number between 1 and 180, where 90 is the vertical meridian and 180 is the horizontal meridian.
ADD
ADD is used if you have other corrections and need multifocal lenses. The value reflects your power requirement for close vision correction (reading).
PD (Pupillary distance)
This is the distance between your pupils measured in millimeters. It is not always stated in a prescription. To ensure that the smooth transition is absolutely perfect for your eyes, we need your PD when you order multi-vision lenses.
It will take 7-10 business days before you have your glasses in your hand.
When we receive the order, we send the information to our partners, who cut, grind and quality check the lenses. They then send them to us, where we mount them in the frame and perform a final quality check. Once everything is approved, they will be sent to you immediately.
