Shipping information

Once your payment has been approved and verified, we will use the next business day to pack and ship your order with GLS. With standard delivery you can expect a delivery time of 2-4 business days, and with express home delivery 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped with track and trace, and it may take up to 24 hours before you receive tracking information.

A new and unused product can be returned in its original and intact packaging (box) for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs already paid are not refundable. Return costs, equivalent to 35 DKK, will be deducted from the refunded amount if a refund is requested.

If you return an item from an order where a discount code with a minimum amount limit has been applied, and the total order amount then falls below the minimum amount after the return, the discount from the code will be deducted from the refunded amount .
Please note that our prescription sunglasses are non-returnable.
 

How long does it take to process my return order?

Once you have notified us that you wish to return your purchase, we will send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days.

Once the returned item has been received by the warehouse, and provided it complies with our return policy (new and unused item), we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that payments may take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Have you received a damaged or incorrect item?

First of all – we are deeply sorry! Please contact our customer support at hello@messyweekend.com and they will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Guarantee

We warrant all our products to be free from manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches on lenses, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
